Child Case Management/Resource Coordination Training
You must complete each of the five modules.
Case Managers: You should refer to your supervisor for any specific instructions for your agency. To begin, click on the Introduction to review the information. When you have completed the modules, print out the test, complete it, and submit the tests and your registration form to your supervisor for grading and a signature. You and/or your supervisor will then send the registration form and your evaluation to Delphine Giles at OERPinfo@upmc.edu. We will send you a certificate of completion within six weeks.
